1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of SpecBots.io, including its website, user accounts, automated trading bot services, cryptocurrency transactions, partner program, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is operated by SpecBots Analytics Limited ("SpecBots," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing cryptocurrency, activating a trading bot, or using any Platform feature, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and any applicable policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or another reasonable method where appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions

You may use the Platform only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

You represent that:
•You meet the minimum legal age required to enter into a binding agreement.
•Your use of the Platform does not violate applicable laws or regulations.
•You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of a person or entity prohibited from using it.
•The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
•You have the legal right to use any cryptocurrency or wallet involved in your transactions.

SpecBots currently restricts registration for users located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise subject to applicable restrictions concerning the United States and Russia. These restrictions may change. Additional jurisdictions may be restricted where required by law, regulatory requirements, sanctions, or risk controls.

You must not use a VPN, proxy, false identity, misleading address, or another method to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions.

SpecBots may decline registration, restrict access, or suspend accounts when eligibility cannot be established or when continued access presents legal, security, or compliance concerns.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access account features, you may be required to provide an email address, username, password, withdrawal wallet addresses, and other information requested during registration.

You are responsible for:
•Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
•Protecting your Security Password and any associated recovery information.
•Ensuring that your registered email address and wallet addresses remain accurate.
•Monitoring account activity and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
•All activity conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The Security Password is a separate security credential used for sensitive actions, including withdrawals, wallet changes, and critical account settings.

For security reasons, resetting the Security Password may require identity verification (KYC). Standard registration and use may not require KYC, but this does not prevent SpecBots from requesting information or verification when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or account recovery.

SpecBots may apply additional authentication, transaction review, withdrawal limits, or other protective controls when appropriate.

You must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise provide unauthorized access to your account.

4. Nature of the Platform and Services

SpecBots provides access to cryptocurrency-related automated trading technology and algorithmic bot configurations designed to analyze market conditions and execute trading strategies.

Depending on the features available, users may be able to:
•Activate trading bots using supported cryptocurrencies.
•View account balances and transaction histories.
•Monitor bot cycles and displayed performance.
•Withdraw eligible available balances.
•Reinvest eligible funds or activate additional bots.
•Participate in the SpecBots Partner Program.

The Platform may display estimated returns, historical performance, projected values, or other analytical information. Such information is not a guarantee of future performance.

Descriptions of artificial intelligence, mathematical models, automation, or algorithmic analysis do not imply that trading outcomes are certain, risk-free, or profitable.

The precise operation of each bot, including its execution method, cycle, fees, limits, settlement process, and eligibility requirements, is governed by the applicable bot specifications and disclosures displayed when the bot is activated.

5. Cryptocurrency Deposits and Bot Activations

Users may activate supported bots using cryptocurrencies made available by the Platform. Supported assets may include Bitcoin (BTC), TRON (TRX), BNB, and USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Availability may change.

Before making a deposit, you are responsible for verifying:
•The correct cryptocurrency and blockchain network.
•The destination address displayed by the Platform.
•The minimum and maximum activation amounts.
•Any applicable bot cycle, fees, limits, and risk disclosures.
•The final activation details before sending funds.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. SpecBots cannot guarantee recovery of cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address, through an unsupported network, or in an unsupported asset.

A bot activation may be processed only after the relevant transaction has received the required blockchain confirmations and passed applicable validation and security checks.

Deposits may be delayed by network congestion, insufficient fees, blockchain reorganizations, technical incidents, or compliance and security reviews.

SpecBots may reject, delay, or investigate transactions where necessary to address technical errors, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, security incidents, or legal requirements.

Nothing in this section authorizes SpecBots to disregard applicable legal obligations or to treat customer assets as its own without a lawful basis.

6. Trading Cycles, Returns, and Principal

Bot configurations may specify a cycle duration, activation amount, performance calculation, and expected or indicative daily return.

The Platform may display indicative daily returns in a range such as 1.2%–1.7%, depending on the applicable configuration. Any displayed figures must be interpreted in accordance with the relevant bot terms and risk disclosures.

Displayed returns are not a guarantee of future performance or a promise of risk-free income. Actual results may differ because of market conditions, strategy performance, execution limitations, technical interruptions, or other relevant factors.

Any statement regarding the return of principal at the end of a bot cycle is subject to the actual contractual terms of the relevant product, applicable law, and any disclosed settlement conditions. It must not be interpreted as a guarantee of repayment irrespective of the Platform’s financial condition or other legally relevant circumstances.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and that trading, counterparty, liquidity, operational, and technology risks may affect the value, availability, or timing of funds.

You should not activate a bot using funds you cannot afford to lose.

7. Balances, Withdrawals, and Transaction Reviews

The Platform may display balances representing deposits, accrued amounts, completed transactions, pending transactions, partner rewards, and funds available for withdrawal.

Displayed balances may be subject to reconciliation, blockchain confirmation, settlement, applicable fees, and account or transaction reviews.

To request a withdrawal, you may be required to select an eligible balance, specify an amount and destination wallet, and authenticate the request using your Security Password or other required security measures.

Withdrawals are subject to validation, security controls, applicable limits, and any lawful compliance requirements.

Processing may ordinarily take several hours but can take longer because of blockchain congestion, technical incidents, manual review, or other circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

SpecBots may temporarily delay or restrict a withdrawal when there are reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorized access, fraud, an incorrect destination, a transaction error, a breach of these Terms, or a legal restriction.

Where legally permitted, we will seek to communicate material delays or restrictions and the steps required to resolve them.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes the arbitrary confiscation of legitimate customer assets or the indefinite withholding of funds without an applicable legal or contractual basis.

8. Account Administration, Restrictions, and Enforcement

To protect the Platform, its users, and its systems, SpecBots reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to administer, review, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and to modify account settings, access permissions, profile information, and other account records when reasonably necessary.

Such action may be taken where SpecBots reasonably believes that:
• You have breached these Terms or another applicable Platform policy.
• Your account contains false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized information.
• Your account has been compromised or is being used without authorization.
• You have engaged in fraud, market manipulation, abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• You are attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, security controls, or transaction limits.
• Your activity creates material legal, security, operational, or financial risk.
• A change is required to correct a technical error, maintain data integrity, or comply with a lawful request.

Depending on the circumstances, SpecBots may:
1 Issue a warning or request additional information.
2 Require account verification or updated profile information.
3 Edit, correct, restrict, or disable profile fields and account settings.
4 Disable selected features or limit deposits, activations, transfers, or withdrawals.
5 Temporarily suspend account access while a review is conducted.
6 Reverse or correct an erroneous ledger entry or transaction record.
7 Withhold or cancel unearned, improperly credited, fraudulent, or disputed promotional rewards.
8 Terminate an account or permanently prohibit access where justified.

Where necessary, SpecBots may take action without advance notice to prevent immediate harm, preserve evidence, protect account security, or comply with law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue may be provided afterward.

Account records and profile information: SpecBots may modify profile details, permissions, account status, or other records to enforce these Terms, correct errors, respond to security incidents, or meet legal obligations. Such changes must have a legitimate operational, security, contractual, or legal basis.

SpecBots will not use this section as an unrestricted authorization to fabricate transactions, arbitrarily alter legitimate balances, erase valid ownership claims, or confiscate assets without a lawful or contractual basis. Any adjustment affecting financial records should be documented and handled consistently with applicable law.

Where an account is restricted or terminated, pending transactions and legitimate balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the relevant product terms, and any necessary fraud-prevention or legal controls.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:
•  Use the Platform for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited financial activity.
•  Use another person's identity, account, wallet, or credentials without authorization.
•  Submit false information or deliberately conceal information required for eligibility or security.
•  Circumvent regional restrictions, account limits, verification procedures, or Platform security controls.
•  Exploit software vulnerabilities, manipulate records, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
•  Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to abuse the Platform or bypass its controls.
•  Attempt to reverse, duplicate, falsify, or improperly obtain deposits, rewards, or withdrawals.
•  Engage in market manipulation, deceptive promotion, impersonation, phishing, or other abusive conduct.
•  Misrepresent trading performance, guaranteed returns, partner earnings, or the nature of SpecBots.
•  Use the Platform in a way that infringes the rights of others or creates material harm to the Platform or its users.

SpecBots may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action under Section 8.

10. Partner Program and Activation Bonuses

SpecBots may offer a Partner Program that rewards eligible users for qualifying bot activations completed through their unique partner links.

Unless the applicable program terms state otherwise:
•  The activation bonus is 10% of the qualifying activation amount.
•  The reward is credited in the same cryptocurrency used for the qualifying activation.
•  Rewards are credited after the relevant activation transaction is confirmed and validated.
•  A personal bot activation is not required to participate.
•  No fixed cap applies to the number of qualifying activations, subject to applicable program rules and eligibility requirements.

A partner bonus is not earned merely because someone registers an account. It must result from a qualifying activation under the applicable program rules.

SpecBots may reject, reverse, or cancel rewards that were credited in error, generated through fraud or manipulation, associated with invalid transactions, or otherwise prohibited by the program terms.

SpecBots may change, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program prospectively, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to rewards already validly earned.

Partners must promote SpecBots honestly and must not promise guaranteed returns, misrepresent risks, engage in spam, or make unlawful financial promotions.

11. Fees, Limits, and Service Changes

Fees, minimum deposits, maximum activation amounts, supported cryptocurrencies, bot configurations, withdrawal limits, and other service parameters may change over time.

Where practicable, applicable terms will be displayed before a user commits to a new transaction or activation.

SpecBots may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features for technical, commercial, security, legal, or operational reasons. Where changes materially affect an existing contractual commitment, SpecBots will handle the change in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

SpecBots does not guarantee uninterrupted access, uninterrupted blockchain connectivity, or uninterrupted availability of any specific bot or cryptocurrency.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

SpecBots processes personal information and technical data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the Platform's policy framework.

Although standard account use may not require KYC, SpecBots may request identity or other verification information when reasonably necessary for security, account recovery, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that users may have under applicable privacy or data protection laws.

13. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, interface, branding, text, graphics, models, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SpecBots or its relevant rights holders.

Subject to these Terms, SpecBots grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

You must not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, modify, resell, or exploit Platform materials except as permitted by law or with prior written authorization.

No ownership rights in the Platform or its technology are transferred to you.

14. Third-Party Services and Blockchain Networks

The Platform may interact with public blockchains, cryptocurrency wallets, network infrastructure, and third-party services.

SpecBots does not control the operation, congestion, fees, security, or availability of independent blockchain networks or external services.

You acknowledge that network fees, confirmation times, protocol changes, wallet compatibility, and third-party interruptions may affect transactions.

Third-party products and services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

SpecBots does not guarantee that:
•  Trading strategies will generate profits.
•  Any stated daily return will be achieved.
•  The value of a cryptocurrency will remain stable.
•  A transaction or withdrawal will be processed within a particular time.
•  The Platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or security incidents.
•  Any bot cycle will produce a particular financial outcome.

No information on the Platform constitutes individualized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

You are responsible for assessing whether a product is appropriate for your circumstances and for obtaining independent professional advice where necessary.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpecBots will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Platform.

Subject to non-excludable legal rights, SpecBots is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including blockchain failures, third-party service interruptions, network congestion, or unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to protect their credentials.

Any limitation of liability remains subject to applicable law and does not excuse fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, and costs incurred by SpecBots as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Platform, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim arises from SpecBots' own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred to you.

18. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

You may stop using the Platform and request account closure through the available account or support channels.

SpecBots may suspend or terminate access in accordance with Section 8, including where continued service is unlawful, unsafe, or materially inconsistent with these Terms.

Account closure does not automatically cancel legitimate outstanding obligations, pending transaction reviews, applicable recordkeeping duties, or valid claims relating to prior activity.

Where balances remain, their treatment will be determined by applicable product terms and law. Restrictions required for security, fraud investigation, sanctions compliance, or legal preservation may continue after account closure.

19. Changes to These Terms

SpecBots may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its services, technology, security requirements, partner program, or legal obligations.

The updated version will identify its effective or last-updated date. Where required by law, SpecBots will provide advance notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

If you do not agree to a revised version, you should discontinue affected services and contact support regarding available account-closure or withdrawal procedures.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to the governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements applicable to SpecBots Analytics Limited, as specified in the final version of this document.

Before publication, SpecBots must insert its verified governing law, registered office jurisdiction, and appropriate dispute-resolution procedure. Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights or other protections that apply under the law.

Users are encouraged to contact support first to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
